If you are a git user, you can install the theme and keep up to date by cloning the repo:

git clone https://github.com/dracula/microsoft-edge.git

Download using the GitHub .zip download option and unzip them.

Go to edge://extensions in your browser.
Turn on Developer mode on the left menu.
Click Load unpacked on the top right corner.
Select the dist folder of this repository.
Activate the theme in edge://settings/appearance, if it wasn't activated automatically.
Boom! It's working ✨
