Photo Quality: Input photo has good resolution, brightness, low-noise #5

We need to tell the user if the input photo:

is taken too far (low DPI)
is noisy (maybe taken under low illumination)
gets cropped outside the picture border
does not have appropriate brightness levels
what else?

Is it possible to match the background color with the background of the photo so that cropping outside of the picture order is still going to work?
