I get a path error when using my custom template but is till works

Describe The Bug

On building the template project I get the following error message, but it still works and I can create an project from this template. What am I doing wrong, how do I get rid of this meesage?

dotnet new install D:\src\TH\API_framework --force

Ditto with .NET 8. I even uninstalled the template and get errors about it when trying install/uninstall other custom templates. Despite that they work, the error messages are confusing/distracting.
