macOS Sequoia is not currently officially supported so that might be why you are seeing errors.

Can you provide some more details on the installation? What version of VS Code, The .NET MAUI extension? What version of Xcode are you using? What version of .NET? Does the log output tell you anything?

In Mac Sequoia 15.0/Xcode to 16.0 beta(16A5171c)
iOS and MacCatalyst debug failed with the error:

In Mac Sonoma 14.6/Xcode to 16.0 beta-6(16A5230g)
iOS debug was failed with the below errors, and the Maui MacCatalyst debug was fine

When I switched to Xcode 15.4, iOS and MacCatalyst debug worked fine.

Yeah Xcode 16 is not supported right now, please see #24819

Assuming that gives you enough info for right now. Use Xcode 15.4 for the time being, that should make things work!
