It shows "help wanted" and "open" but also "This conversation has been locked as resolved and limited to collaborators."

Looks like it's open but locked.

Yes, it is a bit confusing with the help wanted flag. Not sure if help is needed there atm.

My bad - I thought re-opening it would also unlock it. And I'm a maintainer, so there was nothing in the UI to disabuse me of that notion. Explicitly unlocked.
