[AzureTools][Aspire] Total results found in "Structured" resets to 0 after closing the "View Details" tab #6689

Regression: A regression, this issue doesn't repro on Aspire 8.2.2.

Clean machine: Win11 x64 24h2 ENU
VS Version: VS 17.13 Preview 2 from [35514.157.main]
Aspire Version: 9.1.0-preview.1.24564.3
Apply NuGet Feeds

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a new project with 'Enlist in .NET Aspire orchestration' checked with 9.0 Aspire version -> F5/Ctrl+F5 the project.
  2. Under "Structured" in the dashboard, click on a resource to open "View Details" tab.
  3. Close the "View Details" tab.
  4. Check whether the total results found remain the same after closing the "View Details" tab.

Expect:
The total results found should remain the same after closing the "View Details" tab.

The total results found resets to 0 after closing the "View Details" tab.

More Info:

  1. This issue also reproduces when the message filter is applied in the search bar.

  3. This issue also reproduces on Aspire 9.0.0.
