As a dotCLI user, I want to be able to push an entire site using the push command with syntax "dotcli push //SITE_URL", so I can push sites without needing to navigate through the folder hierarchy.
Acceptance Criteria
Allow for pushing whole sites using the "dotcli push //SITE_URL" command.
Add a flag to the dotcli push command to allow users to select whether to push the live folder or the working folder.
