Task URL redirecting only to language_id=1

Problem Statement

• it looks like the URL in the Tasks is redirecting only to the language_id=1
• i tested it on my local instance (24.04 lts) and obtained the same behavior
• although the language version shows Espanol, the URL redirects to the english page (see 2nd pic) in the support thread

Steps to Reproduce

• create a page with both english and Spanish versions
• publish only the english version of the page
• go to Dashboard -> Tasks; the spanish version should show as task to be published
• click on the Task and scroll down to the URL section
• access URL; it will go to the English version (language_id=1)

Acceptance Criteria

• the URL should point to the correct language version of the page
