On the PDF version of the detailed view (/research/dora-core-v2.0.0-detail.pdf), the outlines of the capability names were very faint. Nathen is learning how to Adobe Illustrator ;) This makes progress towards #828 Signed-off-by: Nathen Harvey <[email protected]>

* The DORA logo SVG had a remnant of the old logo (only visible when seen against a non-white background) * On the PDF version of the detailed view (/research/dora-core-v2.0.0-detail.pdf), the outlines of the capability names were very faint. * Updates the summary and detail PDF and PNG files. @nathenharvey is still learning Adobe Illustrator.
