Group list of pages alphabetically

I'm not sure if this is a feature request or something I just can't figure out, but is there a way to have the list of pages output in groups sorted alphabetically. I'm currently doing it with NSPAGES plugin, but NSPAGES doesn't have a comment column. Which I really love about using tag/topic.
