Feature request: Add config option to disable commas in tag lists

Some templates style tags. For example, on my site, tags have rounded boxes around them, making them look like buttons. When they're styled like this, they still have commas separating them, which is very ugly.

It would be nice to have a config option to make helper:tagLinks() omit the commas.
