Ability to choose default signature option

Currently, you can turn off the ability to type the signature. What I would like to do is also turn off the ability to upload an image. Ideally, we would be able to (a) select the available methods and (b) select a default method.

@pascalinger configuring signature field format to 'Drawn' can disable the signature file upload button:

Tested and it gets pretty close. If I now was able to swap to the "sign with your phone" option as the default that's what I am looking for. In general, I think that option needs to be a bit more prominent than a tiny QR code button in the top right of the signature drawing canvas.
