Description

I been following this guide https://docs.docker.com/desktop/features/wsl/ but I am still not able to use docker in wsl.
When running the docker command I get the following error:

USER:~$ docker

The command 'docker' could not be found in this WSL 2 distro.
We recommend to activate the WSL integration in Docker Desktop settings.

For details about using Docker Desktop with WSL 2, visit:

https://docs.docker.com/go/wsl2/

wsl is working and I'm running ubuntu 22.04

C:\Users\yreu> wsl.exe -l -v
  NAME STATE VERSION
* Ubuntu-22.04    Running         2
  Ubuntu Stopped 2
wsl -v:

WSL version: 2.3.26.0
Kernel version: 5.15.167.4-1
WSLg version: 1.0.65
MSRDC version: 1.2.5620
Direct3D version: 1.611.1-81528511
DXCore version: 10.0.26100.1-240331-1435.ge-release
Windows version: 10.0.19045.5371

I can run docker commands in a windows cmd:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>docker --version
Docker version 27.4.0, build bde2b89

The computer have been restarted serval times.

Reproduce

install wsl
install docker desktop
then follow the guide at
https://docs.docker.com/go/wsl2/
open wsl and run a docker command

Expected behavior

The docker command in wsl should run docker.
