Running Ghost on Windows Server 2022 using WSL2 and Docker

I wrote an article on how to run the Ghost docker image on Windows Server 2022 using IIS as the reverse proxy. The main issue was getting the correct headers set when forwarding the traffic. This was mostly for my own record but maybe it'll be useful for someone else trying this stack.
