Problem with HTML module, in DNN Updates

I have a site that was updated from version 7.0.2 to version 9.10.2.

All updates were fine except for HTML module, this module was stucked in version 9.3.2 and worked with problems after that update. I have to copy stored procedures with every update from other sites to keep running module HTML.

I noticed i have in desktop modules and packages tables version 9.3.2 for that module, but with every update, is trying to run scripts from 3.0.0, so stored procedures are deleted and cant be created again because in that version html table was completely different.

For now HTML module is working fine, but just after to copy stored procedures. If tomorrow need to update DNN again, HTML module get broken, because try to run again scripts for 3.0.0 version. I need to know how to avoid the new installs to run old scripts over this module.
