  1. /jwt/provider에서 현재는 정보 있으면 login 후 jwt, 없으면 join후 jwt인데, 이거를 정보있으면 login 후 jwt, 없으면 USER_NOT_JOINED 결과 메시지를 반환. 가입 안시킴. jwt오브젝트도 프론트가 계속 갖고 있음
  2. USER_NOT_JOINED 받으면 프론트에서 너가 말한 가입 페이지로 리다이렉트 시킴. jwt오브젝트 계속 갖고 있음
  3. join api를 새로 만들어서 닉네임&jwt 오브젝트 같이 받아서 가입시키는거 하나 만들어줌
  4. join api로 회원 가입
