Is there a local mode (MJPEG) audio-enabled LAN cast Android open source project?

I've been searching for months but didn't find

Not sure what is a LAN-cast ?
The apps Local mode can stream using MJPEG to any connected LAN, no internet required.

It is the MJPEG local mode with audio. In addition, there are a lot of WebRTC codes in the code that I don’t know how to delete. I just need a simple MJPEG local mode source code.

MJPEG has no audio support.
Remove WebRTC module
