Android 12+ Support

I was previously using a similar app named Cover and I rna into the same issue there as well. Here is what it entails:

1. I set the wallpaper to Beleco from either the app itself or from Google Wallpaper app.
2. I should now be able to see the settings page upon opening Beleco from the all apps page. This does not happen. Instead, the app continues to show the Activate button, as if I haven't set the wallpaper to Beleco yet.

I think it has something to do with how Android 12+ handles wallpapers but I am not certain. For context, I am on Pixel 6a with android 13 January update.
