I discovered the bug using this plugin for audio recording, it happens too when I use the vanilla audio recorder and change its location to inside another directory.
As a latin-american doctor once said to me: "well... Just don't do that".
Mmmm... I'm not the only one looking to change the default location of all audio files.
My guess is that the transcription is looking to get inserted n characters after the start of the audio file declaration, n being amount of characters of the audio filename. It falls apart when using directories.
To reproduce bug:
Record an audio and change the file location to another dir
Start transcription using Transcription: Transcribe file in view
Stop transcription
Wait and get the bug
