Feature Request: Run completely offline with whisper tf model

I would love to have the ability to run this completely offline without any API keys or servers.

I currently use the FOTO keyboard for android which uses a TF model to run offline, and having the ability to transcribe multi-hour long meetings into my obsidian notes would be a dream come true.
