I'm always willing to add insults, but my rule for adding new people is that I want a starting list of at least 5-10 and the insults should be specific enough that someone knowledgeable would associate that particular person with them.

For example "F$@CKer Failson" or "Bowtied Befuddled Bozo" might work, but "Rich, White Male" would not.

I'm open to suggestions.
