Skin doesn't work with Trillian 6.4+ #1

Looks like Trillian 6.4 has removed the "Trillian 5" base skin upon which TrillianLiveMessagewindow was built.

The newer Trillian 6 base skin is complex so I am so far unable to make TrillianLiveMessagewindow compatible with it.

If, by some miracle, anyone sees this and feels like submitting a PR to support Trillian 6 then I will happily merge it.
