Write test/dev documentation and finish pattern migration

The implementation of the controller-service-repository pattern has been initiated by Franco but it still has to be finished with a better organisation of the code and test-driven components. A documentation should be created to detail to new devs how to properly use the pattern and to how to code for the project as well as test it.
