Transforming the dita-specialization-tutorials using to d4p-html5, I get the following error.

 [xslt] C:\Users\jdwin\Documents\2019\professional\dita4publishersLocal\DITA-OT\dita-ot-2.5.4\plugins\org.dita4publishers.html5\xsl\commonHtmlExtensionSupport.xsl:469: Fatal Error! A sequence of more than one item is not allowed as the first argument of normalize-space() ("Setting Up Your Development En...", "There are many ways to set up...")

Commented out the shortdesc and it eliminated the error. Made the following change to the referenced line: commonHtmlExtensionSupport.xsl:469, from "normalize-space(child::*)" to "normalize-space(child::title)" and it resolves the issue for my immediate needs.
