I've started working on the foundation theme again, and in trying to write some docs about how to make a customization, it struck me that org.dita4publishers.html5/html5-themes/misc and org.dita4publishers.html5/html5-themes/modules are part of the dita-d4p-classic theme.

Should those two folders not be moved to org.dita4publishers.html5/html5-themes/themes/dita-d4p-classic/?
