Suggestion :

In program messaging system, often times these MDT's have a car to car text based chat. It may be cool to be able to add in this type of feature which would allow users to send messages to terminals in which are logged on or department / county wide messages such as BOLO's or general messages.

Love the idea, but I won't be providing any more updates to this resource. I can only recommend you try to implement this and make a pull request if you ever have time. I'm always willing to help. :)
