The SKIPped tests are not reported at all in the compare-perf html comparison, there should be at least some notion of that. Note that the score should not be affected as SKIPped tests should not interfere with the results.

Similar to SKIP status is the test without machine readable results. They should not affect the score, but they should be reported somehow in the html comparison.
