Command folders not working?

I used the command folders for organization, which were described in the guide in command handling.

When it tries to define commandFiles from the folders, I get this error message before the bot even gets online:

Error: Cannot find module './commands/info'

Even though I know the folder is defined, this still shows up. Adding a slash after "info" doesn't do anything, either.

I tried it just now and it seems to work fine for me.

Aside from double checking your code and project setup (you can refer to the code samples folder), you could also join the discord.js server and ask in the support channels for further help.
