The scroll position in a Chat Tab should be remembered if I switch to another Chat Tab #1866

I am scrolling through History messages with User A
Now User B sends me a message and I switch to User B's Chat Tab
If I switch back to User A's Chat Tab the scroll bar should be in the position where I last left it
