Display precipitation raster on R Shiny app

Now that we have the precipitation data displayed in a .png image through Python, we need to find a way to display this on the R Shiny app. One option is reverting back to using R libraries to display the geotiff file data. However, it'd be preferable to either get R Shiny to display a .png or convert it into a format readable for R.
