Running DDD/command prompt cause VC icon disappearance

This is using the latest version of HBL and DDD, along with the dumplauncher.exe. Upon dumping several of my VC titles (Snes games), I noticed that at random, the VC icons seemingly turn invisible. I can see that they're trying to load, but they don't generate as they should, forcing me to reset the console. Naturally, the icons return, but when I load the PPC kernel exploit, HBL, DDD (after I open command prompt to dump the game), it seems fine for the time being This happens at random, I close CMD after I dump the game, exit back to Wii U menu, then open CMD and either the icons will disappear or not, and I can't seem to find any information about this.
