I installed TCAT to query by user ID, ran a test with the example bin and another with my own twitter accounts, but it always shows up with 0 as the number of tweets. I installed using the instructions provided for ubuntu 18.04 and it seemingly worked fine. Did I maybe make a mistake in installation? Is there anything that commonly causes this to happen, and how can I fix it? Thanks!

It does not seem to pick up any tweets. Have those uses tweeted since you started the bin? Does the controller log show any errors?

If you want historical tweets from those users, consider the timeline.php script to get the latest ~3200 tweets per user.

Hi, thanks for this. Timeline.php is indeed what I need, I'm trying to run it as directed in the FAQ, but cannot edit the timeline.php text file to include bin name and array of user IDs as it is read-only and I do not have the permissions to change it. Is this due to misconfiguration on my part/am I missing something obvious? Bit of a noob to this!
