Create basic tests for app and services

We do not have an automated test for the basic functionality of the application which makes the validation of merge requests a quite sophisticated task. To speed up the validation tests are urgently needed.

• Check linting and syntax

Those tests should include E2E tests for:

• login on the admin site and rendering of the capture/index.php
• login on the analysis site and rendering of analysis/index.php
• creating a new test bin
• importing a bin
• exporting a bin
