Describe the bug

Windows and Linux users see a disabled scrollbar in the modal component.

To Reproduce

Go to the live demo page for the component using Chrome on Windows or Linux. Click on 'open the modal'.

Expected behavior

A modal component without ( disabled ) scrollbar.
