Hi guys,

This is the second time I have encountered a situation where tSats were lost in the Bitmask wallet, and I was unable to recover the lost assets the first time. I consider this a very serious issue. Here is a specific description of the situation:

  1. After logging into Bitmask, I selected the Bitcoin Testnet network, and the balance showed as 1.69m tSats (I don't remember the exact amount).

  2. Subsequently, I switched to the Bitcoin Mainnet network, but encountered an error message during the switch. At that time, I did not pay much attention to the error and simply closed the error message.

  3. While on the Bitcoin Mainnet, I created a receiving invoice. After receiving the payment, when I switched back to the Bitcoin Testnet, I noticed that the previous balance on Bitcoin Testnet had become 0, and the previous transaction records were no longer visible.

This issue is quite serious, as it's the second time I've encountered a similar situation, and I wasn't able to recover the lost assets the first time. I hope to resolve this problem and ensure the security of my assets.

I've seen this once or twice, I think I'll be able to replicate. Thanks for reporting this to us, we'll take a look.

After I reimport phrase seed, I don't see the former addresses and assets.
What happen?
