There might be some use cases where this is necessary.

con: we lose the traceability feature
pro: still mitigates the key-sharing problem

TBD if this makes sense.

Yes, Benoit volunteered to develop a small web-app to collect the necessary linking functionality. (ETA: Sep.23)
We need to consume their data.
