The graph has a very small frame. There are two issues regarding this:

  • Increase the frame to cover more of the web- page. The graph is very cramped and clustered into a small section of the page making it harder for the user to analyze the data.

  • Limit how far the edges can be stretched. After a certain distance, the nodes leave the frame and cannot be seen.

The actual SVG size has now been modified to be the size of the screen, so the first part is done. Second part needs fiddling with. Just need to play with the strengths/weights in the force simulation.
