Total score - analysis method, photo upload problems

Good afternoon,
we are using your program in facial nerve palsy analysis, we would like to ask about analysis method or method of calculation of the "total score" and also the other scores like static and dynamic parameters. We are unsure also about the synkinesis score... Do you have any calculation pattern?

Sometimes there is problem with the picture upload. It happens irregularly, for example one of the 7 photo is not working and the upload is impossible. The same format, the same conditions. We did not detect what is wrong..
