Components

  • analysis_name: Input type text with string sanitization error handling
  • curator_name: Input type text with string sanitization error handling
  • vcf_upload_button: Should store the following information:
  • refgenome_upload_button: Should store the same information as vcf_upload_button
  • run_analysis_button: Run the pipeline CMD and got to panoptes port to view the pipeline execution
