When the authors have to upload the final/published version of their manuscript (prompted by the "Go to the publication -->" button in the Progress page, I would change the Attach Management title and guidance for this page as :

Manuscript

Upload the final, published version of your manuscript in PDF form. In the case of an embargo period, we will not allow portal users to see this file until the publication becomes open access.
