[FR] extended case update history

For calculating metrics history of cases updates should be more enriched, like history of alerts updates:
activity_data.append(f"\"{key}\" from \"{old_value}\" to \"{value}\"")

Describe the solution you'd like
Logs of cases updates should contain more information, like from old_value to new_value
