Current frontend is a mix of MUI and Tailwind/twin.macro

Need to rewrite the MUI styled components using Tailwind classes instead

For any UI components, use unstyled component libraries (currently headless-ui instead with possibility of adding radix-ui primitives in the future if necessary)
