The category list is not downloaded (or at least not shown) when starting the app the first time after installation. It could be the case that the category list is shown after disabling (hiding) and the enabling (displaying) the "categories tab" on the start screen.

Could also be the case that category list is empty if category tab is second tab when starting app.

The cause of this bug may be the thing that causes #85.
