Enhancement: Update Course Files

https://github.com/devonfw-tutorials/tutorials/blob/main/.github/workflows/buildMain.yml
save the new course files and changed course files ("[name]-pathway.json") into a variable and refer to it inside the buildMain.yml of the katacoda-scenarios repository.
Pass the variable as argument to the publish.js.

In updateCourseFiles() filter the courses, so that only the changed course files are deleted and replaced by the new files
