(empty) response in tickets when email comes from Outlook for iOS #18

I don't have a good way to reproduce this. It would be a great help if you could spin up a new osTicket instance following the official install guide, and verify that the issue does not occur there and that it is indeed a problem with this image. If that is not possible, could you please attach the e-mail message (including headers) that is causing this issue, as well as any relevant info about your e-mail configuration, so that I can try to reproduce this? |
Hi. I have managed to change my osticket installation to an image based on apache instead of nginx, and it has apparently solved the issue. |
Thanks for the confirmation, in that case I'd like to fix this image - can you please attach a sample e-mail that causes this issue? |
I'll get that email later today. I will need to extract the raw and remove all the private info, so it may take a while. |

I believe this might be an issue with this container, since there is no one complaining of this issue since JAN2020 on the official forums. Maybe this container is missing some dependency, or uses wrong version of some dependency?
