Cannot see the Open CTI Softphone after creating a new app

Hey,
I followed this page and instructions to use the Demo on my dev org:
https://developer.salesforce.com/page/Lightning_Open_CTI

But,
I not able to see the Open CTI Softphone adapter on my app.
I updated the CTI url to:
https://ilanadomain-dev-ed.my.salesforce.com/apex/demoAdapterPage

but it doesn't help
will appreciate your help

Preview the vf page and make sure you're using the correct url. Copy it from the previewed page url address. https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=pages_edit.htm&r=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F&type=5&sfdcIFrameOrigin=null
