I am getting the below error while using 'TwilioProvider'

Uncaught Error: Unable to make a call. Contact your admin. throws at https://arzad-dev-ed--c.visualforce.com/components/c/callInitiatedPanel.js:57:37

I have tried with country code, known and unknown contact numbers but still getting this error.

Anyone have any idea to fix this issue?
