Cant load soft phone from the Utility #32

Hi,

I have read the guide to install the CTI Call Centre Adapter and have installed it on my SF
I am in SF "Lightning Experience"
When i go to the utility and click on the "Phone" icon, it does not load the SoftPhone, I get a message saying " You Cant access Lightning Experience, The page you're trying to access is available from Lightning Experience or the mobile app only. Need help? Ask your Salesforce admin."

Any ideas as to why i am seeing this? as i am in "Lightning Experience"

Any info would be great
