I have the toolkit working fine on our linux servers, no issue at all connecting to SF. However with the same credentials on a windows PC I have that runs PHP via IIS (yes I know not ideal but it should be possible!) I just can't connect.
After 20/30 seconds of trying I always get an error returned, "Error Fetching http headers"
I've already tried disabling the PHP soap.wsdl_cache setting as I've read that this assisted a few people with similar issues but that doesn't help.
Any suggestions?
