MS_PRIVILEGES_RIGHTS incorrect for windows-019 #54

Looking at control windows-019 i noticed this is using: SeSystemtimePrivilege
and not: SeTimeZonePrivilege

windows-baseline/controls/local_policies.rb

Line 222 in 82fc617

its('SeSystemtimePrivilege') { should eq attribute('se_time_zone_privilege') }
